Royal Highland Show 2026

Scotland's largest agricultural event, showcasing the best of food, farming and rural life with livestock and breed judging, over 750 trade stands and the Scotland's Larder food and drink section.
Royal Norfolk Show 2026

Norfolk Showground, Norwich, Norfolk
Described as the largest two-day agricultural show in the country, with over 3,000 animals, 700 trade stands, a Rare Breeds Animal Farm, Norfolk's biggest food and drink experience and a Grand Ring programme.

Lancashire's county show at Salesbury Hall, Ribchester, with livestock competitions for cattle, pigs, sheep, heavy and light horses and multiple goat varieties, plus showjumping and a family dog show.
Great Yorkshire Show 2026
14–17 July 2026
Great Yorkshire Showground, Harrogate, North Yorkshire
The 167th Great Yorkshire Show brings 8,500 animals, two national livestock shows (Zwartbles sheep and Charolais cattle), a Food Hall with a dedicated Cheese and Dairy Show, an Agri-Innovation Village and main-ring entertainment, with daily attendance capped at 35,000.

One of Europe's largest agricultural shows, held over four days at Llanelwedd with equine and livestock judging across all the major breeds.

New Forest & Hampshire County Show 2026

The Showground, New Park, Brockenhurst, Hampshire
Hampshire's county show, first held as a one-day show at Netley Marsh in 1920, with livestock competitions, equestrian events, forest activities, local food and drink stalls, craft vendors and over 70 free activities.
Westmorland County Show 2026

Lane Farm, Milnthorpe, Cumbria
Cumbria's county show, founded in 1799, with classes for cattle, sheep, pigs, goats and alpacas, heavy and light horses, one of the largest locally produced Food Halls in the North West, a Forestry Arena and over 400 trade stands.
National Ploughing Championships 2026
15–17 September 2026
Screggan, Tullamore, Offaly
The 95th National Ploughing Championships, one of Europe's largest outdoor events, with ploughing competitions, indoor and outdoor trade exhibitions, livestock, the Enterprise Ireland Innovation Arena and the National Brown Bread Baking Competition (225,500 visitors in 2025).
